There is no need for shipping by postal service or courier to receive the documents you receive from us.
You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provide us, when you place your order. That email will contain a download link for you to use in order to receive your ordered document(s).
Important Download Notes
1. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation email.
2. If you experience difficulty in downloading the document that you purchased.
a. Be sure to use Google Chrome as your web browser as this is our recommended browser. (Try to avoid Safari or Internet Explorer if possible, since they can cause issues).
b. Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
c. Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)
d. Ensure that pop-ups are not being blocked in your web browser.
e. Interference by a firewall or antivirus program has been reported. Ensure you do not have any firewalls or anti-virus programs enabled on the device. If you try unsuccessfully with either or both of them enabled, then try again after disabling both of them. There have been no virus threats from our documents reported to us after the firewall and anti-virus programs were stopped and the download was completed.
f. Reactivate any firewall and anti-virus programs after you have completed the downloads.
Important Document Notes
1. Any individual documents in the download are in Microsoft Word DOC format.
2. Any document collections in the download are ZIP files containing multiple Microsoft Word documents. You will need to right click on each ZIP file once you have downloaded it to your computer to extract the individual files.
3. Microsoft Word Documents may be opened and edited to your needs by Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, or Open Office. Adobe cannot open DOC files.
Again, since order fulfillment is by email, there is no need for shipping by postal service or courier to receive the documents you order from us.
