Notice to Appear at Hearing and Produce Documents for Corporate Debtor Exam in California
This sample notice to appear and produce documents for a corporate judgment debtor exam in California can be used to require any individual that is an officer, director or managing agent for any corporation, partnership, association, trust, or other organization to appear on the date of the examination and testify as a witness as well as produce specified documents. The notice is served under the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure section 1987(b) and (c) and can be easily modified for use in most situations.
